Ingredients

15-20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 400 gramthinly sliced beef tongue
  2. 1onion, sliced thinly
  3. 4 tbsproughly chopped celery
  4. 2 tbspcorn kernels
  5. 1 tbspoil (I used sunflower oil)
  6. 1bouillon cube (beef)
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1 tbsphoney

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Stir-fry onion with oil until a bit translucent.

  2. 2

    Add beef tongue and stir occasionally.

  3. 3

    When the tongue has changed color, add corn kernels and celery. Mix well. Add beef bouillon, salt, and honey. Adjust the taste when necessary.

    Serve over warm rice.
