    Wash beans to remove the back.blend with tatasi(remove the seeds)Onion,Ginger,Garlic and crayfish.

  2. 2

    Mix with warm water,add salt,royco cubes,Veg oil and curry.stir very well then remove the shell of the eggs and cut add it in the moimoi when scoped in a moimoi plate.

  3. 3

    Boil very well and insert a fork to know when is boiled but boil for at least 1hour.
