  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 1 cupcornmeal
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1egg
  7. 1 cupmilk
  8. 1/6 cupmelted butter

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Line mufffin tray with paper linners. Add 2 tablespoons of water to tlany remaining spaces so that the muffins cook evenly.

    Mix the dry ingrediants (flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, and baking powder) in a large bowl.

    Mix wet ingriedients (milk, egg, and butter) in a seprate bowl.

  5. 5

    Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture bowl and stir togeather, but do not over mix.

  6. 6

    Spoon batter into muffin tray.

  7. 7

    Put in oven for 15 - 20 minutes.

  8. 8

    Take out of oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
