Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssemovita
  2. 2eggs
  3. 250 gmelted butter
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  5. 2 teaspoonvanilla flavour powder
  6. 1 cupyogurt
  7. 1peeled grated coconut
  8. Peeled almonds
  9. Sugar syrup
  10. Powdered sugar

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add two eggs

    Whisk the egg

    Add sugar and whisk again

  4. 4

    Add melted

  5. 5

    Add yogurt

  6. 6

    Mix well

  7. 7

    Add baking powder and vanilla flavour

  8. 8

    Add the semovita and mix

  9. 9

    Add the grated coconut

  10. 10

    Transfer the batter into a grease tray,and spread evenly,live it for about 30minute to set properly, cut as per the design required,add the peeled almonds

    Bake for 45mins

    Pour sugar syrup on top

  13. 13

    Re cut the shapes

  14. 14

    Ready to serve
