Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 1 cupRice flour
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoonCondensed milk
  3. 250-300 gmMawa
  4. 8-10Almonds
  5. 8-10Pistachios
  6. 8-10Cashew nuts
  7. 20-25Raisins
  8. 2 cupWater (or as per need)
  9. 1/2 tablespoonGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl, add water and ghee in, boil it, add rice flour in it, cover it for 5 minutes then knead rice flour mix into soft dough.

    Now in another bowl, combine mawa, condensed milk, chopped nuts and raisins and mix it well. Your stuffing is ready.

    Cut small prices from the dough, flatten it a bit and stuff it with prepared stuffing

  4. 4

    Now shape it like modak using modak mould or back side of any fork or spoon.

  5. 5

    Now steam them for 20-25 minutes and switch off the flame.

  6. 6

    Your modak is ready to serve now.
