Rose Mawa Modak is very delicious in taste and easy to make in 10 minutes.
Cooking Instructions

Put a pan on gas with low flame and add 1 tbsp ghee. When ghee is hot, add rose petals.

Roast them till they become littler darker. Now take them out in a plate.

Add Mawa in a hot Pan and roast for a few minutes.

Once Mawa has been roasted nicely then add sugar and mix them well.

Let the mixture become thick. Ensure sugar is melted properly into it. Take the mixture on a plate to cool down.

Add rose petals and cardamom powder and mix them well.

Let it cool down to room temperature.

When it is cooled, with help of modak mould, make modaks by filling the mixture into it by pressing it lightly, when done open gradually to get the desired shape.

Prepare all modaks in the same way.

Modaks are ready to serve.
