I had a bit of ginger, lemongrass and green onions left and loads of curry powder so, what did I do? I modified it to make a non-spicy curry-sort-of. The tangy stew can be served with a fragrant rice and side vegetables for just about any meal of the day. Well, maybe not breakfast? XD It's great for people who likes something to perk up their taste buds but don't really relish the idea of eating TOO SPICY food. Great balance between sweet, salty and spicy.

Another recipe I create on my own. I love to try varieties and somehow it turn out well. Hubby said his tummy is happy and that why he reluctantly have meal outside. He is a family man and he prefer to have food at home. And I am more than happy to cook all the meal because it is my hobby too 😃 no artificial flavor only salt and brown sugar.

I am using chicken gizzards, but regular chicken can be used instead. This is not a proper curry (vindaloo in this case), but more a stew. Easy to make using curry paste. It was a little spicy as made (again using vindaloo which is spicy). This could be scaled up easily, and even other types of curry paste could be used. I'm still getting used to the instant pot, and made this as I would in a stove top pressure cooker, so I used too much liquid for the Instant Pot. I adjusted the recipe to account for that, however the pictures show the extra liquid, so take that into consideration.

I love butter chicken curry.I really like spicy things so I added a lot of ichimi and sansho pepper, and used spicy "Vermont" brand Curry Roux. Getting tired of eating curry with rice, so I made one serving of spaghetti with this Keema curry sauce which seems to be exclusively available for sale from Daiso. The medium spiciness is actually very spicy, so be warned in advance.

I don't have many ingredients in this time, but I am starving, and want to eat curry spaghetti so bad! So I tried to combine my Buttered Chicken Curry recipe with spaghetti. I tried to reduced the herbs consistency and after having this first trial, I found out that this tasted really good with spaghetti! But I need to reduce the thickness of the cream, I made some revision in this recipe, hope you like it! 😘😘😘
