Ingredients

  1. 50 gmsrice 50 gms dal 1 onion 1 tomato 1 tsp cumin seeds
  2. 2 tspghee 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tspgaram masala powder few coriander leaves salt as per taste
  5. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Idli :
    soak 50 gm rice overnight. grind rice with salt & little water into a smooth batter. steam idlis for 12 mins in am idli maker by applying little ghee at the base.

    Sambhar :
    soak 50 gms tur dal for 30 mins in water. take a pan. add ghee. add cum
