Ingredients

  1. 150 gramarhar dal scocked
  2. Chopped vegetables onion,tomato,bottle gaurd,pumpkin
  3. 2 TSPimli pulp
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 2dry chilli
  6. Turmeric powder
  7. Coriander powder
  8. 2 TSPsambar masala
  9. Water as per requirement
  10. Some curry leaves
  11. 1/2 TSPmustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Further heat oil into a pan roast mustard seeds curry leaves,dry chilli then add dry spices.

    Firstly boil dal and all vegetables into a pressure cooker with 2 whistle

  3. 3

    Further add imli in boil dal and vegetables and mix well.

  4. 4

    Now add taraka in boil dal.
