This part of meat is sweet,my mum's favourite.

Ingredients

7 serving
  1. 2 cupsEgusi
  2. 1 cupPalmoil
  3. 1 cupCrayfish
  4. Salt
  5. 2 kgRoundabout(meat)
  6. 2Knorr seasoning
  7. Vegetable
  8. 4Fresh pepper
  9. 1Onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the roundabout meat with onion,salt and knorr seasoning

  2. 2

    Bleach the palmoil and sprinkle on the grinded egusi then start stirring as is frying for 10minutes.

    Then pour in the roundabout meat and boil stir also and boil uncovered for 15minutes.

    Crayfish,freshpepper,salt,knorr seasoning put all at onces after 10minutes.

    Chop the vegetable rinse and put in.stir and put down.
