Cooking Instructions
- 1
I use a food processor to make everything. First mix butter and sugar.
- 2
Add the egg, vanilla, cinnamon and mix.
- 3
Then add the blended oats along with the baking powder.
- 4
Then add the flour and mix. Note: If too sticky add just a tad bit of flour and finish mixing.
- 5
Refrigerate for 1 hour then with a spoon at a time take the dough and make small balls with your hand. If dough starts sticking to hands wash your hands and dry and continue.. placing them on wax paper.

A chocolate kiss tops a peanut butter cookie. This is a pretty common cookie style and there's a couple of recipes here already, but they're all a bit...wrong. This recipe is how my family does these, and its great! Mark Dickinson -
