  4. Seasoning
  5. Salt
  6. Fish
  7. Crayfish
  8. Dry blended pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Pour the meatstock in a pour and add some water and seasoning

  2. 2

    Then add the presalted fish and cover to cook until the fish is almost tender

  3. 3

    Then remove from the stock and set aside

  4. 4

    Add the crayfish and pepper to the remaining stock on heat

  5. 5

    Pour in the diced okra and sprinkle in little sliced ugu leaves and stir to mix

  6. 6

    Place back the fish gently and leave to cook for 8minutes
