    Mix yeast tbl spoon of sugar and warm water set aside

    Then mix flour, suagr, milk and egg ina bowl

  4. 4

    5min after the yeast mixture it rise

  5. 5

    Mix together with below ingredients

    Kneed well gradually add water to foam a soft dough

  7. 7

    Add butter to the dough and kneed again till soomth and fluffy

  8. 8

    By adding flour and kneeding u will achieve the desired texture

  9. 9

    Let it rise for abt 30min

  10. 10

    Need again and make it straight then cut as shown

  11. 11

    Divided the cutted once into 2 and make a round

  12. 12

    Round it and let it rise

  13. 13

    Give it a shallow frying and serve to the colenda

  14. 14

    Now ready to go%%%%
