Ingredients

  1. Grinded corn (Corn flour), Very ripe plantain, shredded fish,
  2. Grinded crayfish, grinded dry pepper, diced onions, salt,
  3. cubeRed oil, know

Cooking Instructions

    1. Dice and blend the very ripe plantain. 2. Pour it in a bowl. 3. Add the grinded dry pepper, salt, diced onions, cubes, grinded crayfish, shredded fish, palm oil, salt and stir. 4. Add water. 5.Add the grinded corn (corn flour). Stir and add a little more water but it shouldn't be watery or too thick

    Fill the pans or plates or tins as desired. Locally, it's moi moi leaves that is being used. Add water in the pot or Cooker and place the plates now tightly closed in the boiling water. Cover and allow to cook properly. Check regularly to confirm it is properly cooked

    Serve with pap, custard, beans, etc or take with tea or any drink of your choice.
