For sambhar,Take a fry pan, Put oil, And all vegetables and regular spices in it, Put sambhar Daal in fry pan, add enough water let it cook,After cook the Daal,Mix imli in it

For idli... Take idli stand.. put little ghee on idli stand.. pour idli mix in it and steam till completely cooked
