Cooking Instructions

    Season and steam chicken with blended ginger, garlic, knor cubes, thyme and salt to taste.

    Fry steamed chicken in vegetable oil & set aside. Put vegetable oil in pot and add sliced onions, then add tomato/pepper purie. Allow to fry for some minutes until tomato/pepper purie gets thickened.

  3. 3

    Add fried chicken, stock, curry and allow to cook. Your Chicken Stew is ready.
