Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 teaspoonyeast
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. Halfcube of Maggi (optional)
  5. Halfteaspoon of curry (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl sieve ur flour

  2. 2

    Add yeast, salt, Maggi and curry

  3. 3

    Add warm water

  4. 4

    Mix well, the dough should not b too hard like Cincin, and shouldn't b as soft as doughnut

  5. 5

    Cover with a kitchen towel and set aside for half an hour

  6. 6

    Wen doubled in size, knead d dough and make a small balls out of it

  7. 7

    Flatten each ball and place on a hot nonstick frying pan wen d top starts to bubble, flip the other side and allow to cook. (on low heat).

    Repeat the steps till ur dough is finished.. It can b eaten with liver sauce, potato soup or any soup of ur choice.. Enjoy!!
