In a bowl add the flour, salt,milk powder and oil mix till combined then gradually add the water until you get a non sticky dough.knead the dough until it becomes soft and pliable.Form balls with your hand about the size of a golf ball.

Then roll the dough into a flat round circle and coat with cooking oil.

Form a square by bringing one point from the edge to the middle and repeat on the opposite side

Roll each square to make a flat almost square shaped roti.

Heat a pan on medium heat and place roti let cook for about 3mns till brown spots appear turn to the other side and apply oil then turn again and apply oil to the other side.Allow to cook until brown sports appear turning in between.

Rotis can be served with currys, sauce or with butter and a cup of tea.
