Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

    Wash beef and stock fish, put in a pot and start boiling.

    Add creyfish, cubes and dry pepper

  3. 3

    When beef is tender, add palm oil

  4. 4

    Add the thickner and allow to dissolve well

  5. 5

    Add your fresh or smoked fish

  6. 6

    Add your uziza leaves and blended seeds

  7. 7

    Then add your garden egg leaves, a little more crayfish, stir and allow to cook for few minutes.

  8. 8

    Bring down your pot. Serve with any swallow of your choice.
