My family loves egusi and all its variations, this is made into paste and fried. Yummy

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsblended egusi
  2. 1 cuptomato and pepper paste
  3. Stock fish
  4. Dried fish,washed and deboned
  5. I cup shredded ugu
  6. 3 spoonspalm oil
  7. Blended crayfish
  8. Salt
  9. Chopped onions
  10. 5 piecesmedium sized beef

Cooking Instructions

    Boil beef and stockfish, season with onions salt and seasoning cube,when almost cooked add washed fish

  2. 2

    In a clean pot heat up oil

  3. 3

    Mix egusi into thick paste,add chopped onions and fry in oil

  4. 4

    Allow to form small lumps

  5. 5

    Add some water to tomato paste then pour into pot

  6. 6

    Cover and allow to cook

  7. 7

    Add meat. With stock

  8. 8

    Cook fpr 5minutes amd add shedded ugu

  9. 9

    Allow to simmer and for 3 minutes,add salt to taste,cook for 2mins and ßoup is ready

  10. 10

    Serve with any solid food of choice
