Cooking Instructions

    Soak the beans for atleast 15mins so that the skin can easily be removed

    Drain the water and put inside a motar, use a pistle and beat slowly you will see that the skin is removing

    In a bowl add enough water and wash the beans, used a colander to remove the skins

  4. 4

    When done, cut onions into pieces and add the scotch bonnet then blend it

  5. 5

    Pour the batter into a bowl and add Maggi salt curry and palm oil and stir, then beet slowly so that it will looks nyc and smoothly

  6. 6

    Pour the batter into leather and tie it, put in a pot with small water and set on fire, leave until done

  7. 7

    Remove from leather and serve
