Ingredients

  1. 3avocados peeled and chopped
  2. Juice of one lime
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 2Roma tomatoes chopped
  5. 1/2 cupdiced onion
  6. 1 handfulfresh cilantro chopped
  7. 2garlic cloves minced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In Stand mixer with flat attachment mix avocado, lime juice and salt on medium until a purée

  2. 2

    Scrape bowl and beat on high for 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add garlic, onion, tomatoes and cilantro. Mix on low until combined
