Ingredients

  1. 250 gwheat flour
  2. 3 tbsmargarine
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspsugar
  5. 250 mlcooking oil
  6. Enough hot water

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the dry ingredients. That is the wheat flour, salt and sugar

  2. 2

    Add the margarine and mix it with the dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Add water bit by bit to make the dough until it is soft.

  4. 4

    Add a small amount of cooking oil and continue mixing.

  5. 5

    Cover the dough and allow it to rest for about 1 hour

  6. 6

    Make the dough into 6 balls

  7. 7

    Roll each into a circular shape as you shallow fry it on a pan

  8. 8

    Serve with tea or your favorite stew
