I try my best never to use canola oil due to the fact it is a little finer grade of rapeseed oil with causes lesions in the heart. So I know that vegetable oil is usually 100% soybean oil so I didn't use soy sauce in this recipe, because of so much soy in the hoisin and XO sauce. So I am trying to cut down on my soy intake because too much of any one thing isn't good for you. The the hotdogs and sausage is processed food but I do love them so....

Fried rice is very common breakfast for me and my family.Most fried rice has brown color due to soy sauce, but some people have their own choice on the fair version by skipping the soy sauce.anyway both are delicious :)
