I substitute my usual carb intake which is rice with rye bread, which contain high fibre. Avocado and mayo are for the fat, and honey to give a sweet flavour. Yup, that's it. No green veggies for today.

A simple dish that anyone can make with just a slice of stale bread. Today, I felt like having it this way. It can be served as an appetizer.

This should be bad instruction recipe ..but buns is so soft and delicious :)

This is a very traditional bread made in Poland. It is traditionally served around Christmas and Easter. It is so good so why wait! It makes a delicious french toast, dinner bread so enjoy it often! I make it sometimes without the raisins. Either way, just fabulous!

I modified my grandmother’s Easter Bread for my bread machine. She always topped it off with an egg-sugar glaze that she would then bake in the oven for a few minutes. I plan to update the receipt in the future for this glaze.

I made a type of bread that my children love.These are delicious topped with cheese instead of mayonnaise.Use black pepper instead of dried parsley for a grown-up flavor!When you are eating these the next day, wrap them up in plastic wrap and heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds just before eating, and they'll be soft and delicious.
