  1. 5hard boiled eggs
  2. 1/2 tspmustard
  3. 1 tspmayonnaise
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Red papper
  6. bagPiping
  7. Black papper for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the eggs in half lengthwise removing yolks to a medium bowl, and palacing the whites on a serving platter.

    Mash the yolks to in to a fine crumble using a fork. Add mayonnaise,mustard,salt and papper mix well, pour mixture in to piping bag and pipe in to the egg whites, sprinkle with black papper and garnish with black papper. Enjoy.
