Ingredients

  1. Irish potatoes
  2. Beef
  3. 1 tbspnCorn flour
  4. 2 cupsStock/water
  5. 1/3 cupSpinach/parsley
  6. 1tspn Minced garlic and ginger
  7. Onion sliced
  8. 1tblspn Scotch bonnet
  9. Spices and maggi
  10. 1/4 cupTomatoes paste(it makes d soup to be red as u will see)
  11. 1 tbspnoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pot,add ur meat with 4cups of water,onions, maggi,and spices....allow to Cook until 2 cups of water remains

    Peel d Irish and set aside

  3. 3

    When d meat is done,add all d ingredients a stir except corn flour and oil

  4. 4

    Add 1cup water and allow to cook until d Irish is soft,

  5. 5

    When done,make a paste of corn flour,add and stir

  6. 6

    Add oil and cover d pot to rest on noo flame

  7. 7

    Done

    I enjoyed mine with with rice and a cup of banana cream pudding
