Ingredients

7 servings
  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 3 tbspsugar
  3. 3 tbspbutter
  4. 1 tspcinnamon powder
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 cupwarm water
  7. 1 tspyeast
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Sugar with cinnamon for coating

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to form a soft dough

  2. 2

    Roll out and cut the doughnuts, arrange on a floured tray and cover to rise for 30mins

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown, coat with sugar while its still hot and serve warm or cold
