  1. 4large Irish potatoes, tomatoes, scotch bonnet,onions,red oil,
  2. Seasonings, spices,
  3. Beef or lamb,a handful of grated cabbage

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot add your meat and cook with pinch of salt,one stock cube,curry,thyme and some onions. Cook till meat is tender. Fry in hot oil and set aside.

    In another pot add the grated or blended tomatoes and cook until water is almost absorbed. Add seasoning, spices,fried meat and red oil.cook for 15mins.stir and add the potatoes.cook for another 15mins.

    Add the cabbage and stir and cook till there's no water left in the soup.you will know it's done once oil is visible on the top of the soup. If u like crayfish u can add a tablespoon of ground crayfish at this stage and cook for 3mins.
