Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupboil basmati rice
  2. 1 1/2 tbsoil
  3. 1 tspcumin seed
  4. 1 tspmustard seeds
  5. 1onion
  6. 4tomato ( 3 tomatoes paste and 1 chopped (
  7. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  8. 1Green chilli chopped
  9. 1 tspsalt (acc. To taste)
  10. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tspred Chilli powder
  12. 1 tspkashmiri red Chilli powder
  13. 1 1/2 tspsambhar masala
  14. 2 tbstomato sauce
  15. 1 tspcorrainder leaves
  16. 1 tspcumin powder
  17. 1 tspgaram masala
  18. 1 tbspboiled peas
  19. 2 tbspall colour capsicum

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly heat a pan with oil add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, ginger garlic paste and sauthe for 30 sec.

    Now add onion and sauthe untill translucent. Now add tomato paste and mix well. Now add peas tomatoes, green chilli,capsicum and add half cup of water and cook untill the mixture gets thickened up.

    Now add all dry masala and tomato sauce. And mix well.

    Finally add the cooked rice to tha mixture. And mix well untill combined. Close the lid and cook for 2 min.

    Turn off the flame. Garnish with corrainder leaves, peas, and serve with curd.
