Cardamon Tea ~ Indian Chai Cardamon Tea ~ Indian Chai
At my family's home in India, this tea is often served to guests. I've been drinking ginger chai a lot recently, so I made this for the first time in a while. It is wonderfully fragrant, so it's n ideal tea for refreshing you body and soul. You don't have to crush the whole cardamons to powder. If you add more sugar than usual, it will taste more authentic. If you leave the pan that you boiled the cardamon for a while without washing it, the kitchen will become filled with the scent of cardamon, making you happy. Recipe by Plabar cookpad.japan -

Chai Kahwa: For Colds Chai Kahwa: For Colds
At my home in India, we make this beverage when someone has a cold, or is feeling ill due to cold weather. We don't have it every day, but the spices and honey warm your body and give you energy. I got some almond powder, so I tried making it.●If you don't have almond flour for baking, grind up almonds in a food processor or in a mortar.●If you don't want tea, just omit the tea leaves. You can use green tea instead of black tea too.●You can add 1 whole clove instead of powdered cloves. Recipe by Plabar cookpad.japan -

Rhubarb Compote Rhubarb Compote
My dad gave me a HUGE bunch of rhubarb from his garden so I wanted to use up a lot. This is one of the easiest ways I know - just stew the rhubarb with sugar or honey (as much as you like really). I heard it was good with cloves and star anise so I threw those in too, but you could do it plain or throw in some strawberries, apples, etc.Enjoy on bread, with yogurt, ice cream or anything else that sounds good with a tart & sweet sauce :) Felice -
Beef Pares Beef Pares
This particular dish is a common one in the cheap street-side eateries around the Philippines. It is heavily Chinese-influenced from its use of spices. Pares (pa-RES) is the Filipino word meaning 'pair', and the dish got this name because it is typically served paired with garlic fried rice. 🇵🇭 蛟龍Stormwyrm
