Ingredients

6 People
  1. 14 Oz.Portobello Mushrooms
  2. 2 Oz.Basil Butter
  3. 1 Oz.Dried Thyme
  4. 1/2 CupRed Wine
  5. 1/2 CanBeer
  6. To TasteSalt
  7. To TasteBlack Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Select the Portobellos and wash with plenty of water.

  2. 2

    Add Salt to taste, Basil Butter (see recipe in previous post) and Thyme.

  3. 3

    Add the Red Wine.

  4. 4

    Place over the grill and let the mushrooms sweat. When they are dark brown, add the Beer.

  5. 5

    Serve and Enjoy!
