  6. Red bonnet pepper

    In a pan put a little oil and add the onion fry a little and add the red scotch bonnet pepper

    Add sardines

    Mix it

    Add the beaten eggs,add seasoning

    Mix it well

    Take a slice of bread and remove the edges and roll it

    Add the egg and Sardine sauce

    Wash the end with egg and knead it, in other to avoid opening while frying

    Arrange rolls in clean plate

    Deep bread in egg and fry

    Ready to serve with tea
