Very simple salad yet delicious!

A mix of barbecue chicken, black beans, and other salad ingredients!

This salad goes great with grilled chicken, shrimp or steak.

AKA peanut butter salad :)The first few times I made this I hadn't yet figured out the trick of when and how to mix in the peanut butter resulting in lumps of peanut butter in the salad. My family fondly calls this salad peanut butter salad thanks to those few times I made that mistake ;)

This popular beetroot salad was a staple in my house when I was growing up. I still love it and always cook a big portion. It keeps well in the fridge for a few days.

This is a really good recipe if your veggitarian because it has no meat in it. I like to eat it with some chips on the side or make a burrito out of it.

This is very easy & simple potato salad. Cook the potato with microwave, then mix it with mayonnaise & sour cream. Yes, that's it!

I have made this many times and its great on a hot day with a bbq, you can pick and mix ingredients as they are available through the year.
