Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1tspn of active yeast
  3. Sugar
  4. 1tspn of flavor
  5. 1 cuplukewarm water
  6. 2 tablespoonbutter
  7. Oil to fry

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl sieve flour,keep aside,in another bowl mix lukewarm water with yeast and flavor,let yeast dissolve, then pour mixture into flour and mix,then transfer dough to clean surface,knead dough with butter until u get a soft and elastic dough!

    Mould dough to round shapes (balls),arrange on flour dusted tray,cover with towel or clean cloth,it will rise,double in size,fry on low heat,sprinkle sugar and serve
