Ingredients

  1. 10-15 pcsfresh okro
  2. Frozen fish
  3. Dry fish
  4. Stock fish
  5. 1 cupred oil
  6. Halfbundle of oha
  7. 1/4 cupogbono
  8. to tasteLocust beans
  9. Halfcup of crayfish
  10. cubesSeasoning
  11. to tastePepper
  12. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Pick the oha out, pieces them, wash then wash the okro and cut.

  2. 2

    Cut the frozen fish and per boil with necessary ingredients.

  3. 3

    Boil the stock fish until it is soft, keep then soak and wash the dry fish.

  4. 4

    Grind the ogbono, crayfish, locust beans and pepper.

  5. 5

    Remove the cooked fish and put the stock on fire with that from the stock fish. Then boil

    Add the red oil and the ogbono. Allow to Cook until ogbono dissolves, then add the crayfish, pepper, dry fish, salt and maggi.

    Cook for 5minutes then add the okro and oha. Cook for 2 minutes more, taste for salt and bring down the soup.

    Serve with pounded yam, garri or semo.
