Egg and fish sauce served with veggies Jollof rice

Ingredients

  1. Deboned shredded Fish
  2. Egg
  3. Grinded scotch bonnet and onion
  4. Oil
  5. Seasonings and spices
  6. Fried beef (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring oil to heat, add grinded scotch bonnet and onion, add seasonings and spices, stir and leave to simmer for five mins

  2. 2

    Add shredded fish and fried beef stir and leave until tender

  3. 3

    Beat egg and add to sauce leave for two to three mins before stirring.
