  1. Diced &fried kidney
  2. Dised carrots
  3. Green pies
  4. Cabbage
  5. Oil
  6. Seasonings
  7. Scotch bonnet & onions

Cooking Instructions

    Pre heat d oil, fry d onions & scutch bonnet, add kidney carrots, green pies & seasonings, allow to steam up for 5min, then wash cabbage, and add it, stir it and allow to steam up again.
