Ingredients

  1. 2/3 cupminced coarsely beef
  2. 1medium butternut squash
  3. 1very large onion
  4. .88 ouncesagar agar
  5. 1/3 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  6. 2 cupmild cheddar cheese shredded
  7. 1/2 teaspoonground sage
  8. 1 teaspooncelery salt
  9. 14-1/2 ouncesbeef broth
  10. 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  12. 1/4 cupchopped parsley
  13. 2-1/4 ouncessalted whole roasted cashews

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut the butternut squash into half

    Remove seeds

  3. 3

    Dice into small pieces

  4. 4

    Chop the onions add to the hot oil

  5. 5

    Add diced butternut squash

  6. 6

    Add spices

  7. 7

    Stir and coat well. Sauté for 20 minutes add cashews

  8. 8

    Add half the agar agar powder. Then coat everything with the agar agar.

    When the agar agar is dissolved let saute for 3 minutes to get hot

    Add beef broth

    Stirring constantly, but gently add the rest of agar agar

    Let sit 5 minutes

    Add parmesan cheese

    Add cheddar cheese on top cover for 5 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!
