Ingredients

  1. 5medium sized fresh ginger
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1Foster clarks p.apple & coconut
  4. 1/2 cuplemon juice
  5. 2 cupsice cubes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the ginger and blend it with 1 cup of water.

  2. 2

    Sieve it in a clean container, add in the lemon juice, sugar & foster clarks.

  3. 3

    Mix well & add another 2 cups of water and the ice cubes. Serve chilled.
