Ingredients

  1. 2raw green bananas
  2. 3tomato puree
  3. 1 tablespoonsarso seeds(mustard seeds)
  4. pinchhing
  5. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  6. Ginger garlic green chilli paste
  7. 3 tspTomato sauce
  8. 2 tablespoongaram masala
  9. 2 tablespoonzeera powder
  10. 4 tablespoonfood cream
  11. Oil or ghee for frying
  12. Water as required
  13. Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan

    Fry onion,bay leaves, mustard seeds, and a pinch hing.and stir for sometime.

    Fry till it turns golden brown

    Add tomato puree.

    Next Mix ginger garlic paste,and saute for sometime. Till it's raw smell goes away. Add turmeric powder and stir for a min.

    Next,Add the zeera powder, garam masala powder,and fried banana,and mix in the puree.and saute with a spatula cook for 5 min.

    Add water as required and cook..for next10 min.add tomato sauce,and cream as per the given instructions, and mix nicely.cook for 1 min in a medium flame.

    Serve in the plate and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.

    Serve with hot phulka roti
