Ingredients

1 serving
  1. Stock fish
  2. Dry fish
  3. Palmoil
  4. Egusi(blended)
  5. Salt
  6. cubesKnorr
  7. Crayfish
  8. Pepper
  9. Ugu
  10. Onion
  11. Meat

Cooking Instructions

    Season and boil the stockfish and meat with onion,salt,knorr cubes when is almost done rinse the dry fish and add to it boil till everything is done.

    Dissolve egusi with normal water and pour inside the boiled meat/stockfish stir and pour in palmoil uncover and let ot boil for a longer time add more water then add crayfish,salt,knorr cubes and pepper after another 10minutes stir cut rinse,and pour in the ugu and enjoy your soup with any preferred swallow.
