  1. Green pepper
  2. Red pepper
  3. Salt
  4. Snails(washed)
  5. Vegetable oil
  6. Onion
  7. Stock cubes Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse snails and boil with onion,salt and stock cubes Seasoning.when is soft drain the remaining stock out.

  2. 2

    Blend fresh pepper,slice onion then heat up vegetable oil and fry both add salt and stockcubes seasoning then the snails fry very well.

  3. 3

    Slice green pepper,red pepper and cucumber to serve with it.
