Ingredients

  1. 500 gflour
  2. Cooking oil
  3. Water
  4. 2 tbspsugar
  5. 1 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Warm the water and add the salt and sugar. Stir to ensure that the salt and sugar are dissolved

    Add 3tbsp of oil and keep kneading. (You can add more oil if you wish).

    Put the flour in a bowl and add the water little by little as you knead. Knead until all the flour is incorporated.

    When the flour is ready you can let it rest for at least 30 minutes then cook.
