Peppered gizzard
My friend's birthday i fixed it for her.
Cooking Instructions

Cook the gizzard adding powdered ginger,dried thyme,onion and salt.boil till stock drys up.
- 2
Blend the fresh pepper fry in groundnut oil add the boiled gizzard,slice onion in big rings pour in and fry all together.
