Ingredients

  1. Egusi
  2. Grated tomato, onion and red pepper
  3. Stock meat
  4. Spices
  5. Seasonings
  6. Palm oil
  7. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat d palm oil

  2. 2

    Add d grated vegetables and fry

  3. 3

    Add d salt, seasoning cube, spices and continue frying

  4. 4

    Add the stock meat

  5. 5

    Make a paste of d egusi by adding water into d egusi powder

  6. 6

    Add d egusi paste into d soup and stir well.. cook for 15mins and turn off d heat

  7. 7

    NB: the soup should not b too watery

  8. 8

    Enjoy wit any swallow
