Ingredients

  1. Hand full of tamarind
  2. Sugar
  3. 5 pcscloves
  4. 2 pcsdry or 1raw ginger

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Rinse your tamarind, add 2 litres of water

  2. 2

    Add other ingredient and allow to boil

  3. 3

    Sieve the juice as it thickens and add 0.5ltr of water as desired

  4. 4

    Refrigerate and serve cool
