Baked Butternut Squash Samosas Baked Butternut Squash Samosas
Another one for my Butternut Squash series ;) Samosas are often made with potatoes but I tried it with butternut squash instead! I also find baking samosas instead of frying is much easier and they turn out less oily. There are a lot of spices in here but if you don't have them all, don't worry. It will still taste good if you leave something out or you could even replace with curry powder or something else you like.Makes 8 samosas. Spicy Paneer Masala Samosas Spicy Paneer Masala Samosas
#deepfriedAs a typical desi girl, I love fried food especially samosas. They offer me and my family great comfort and experimenting with different samosa fillings has been one of my kitchen adventures! These paneer masala samosas are super juicy and spicy on the inside and crisp on the outside and don’t require chutney or ketchup even! If you try this recipe do let me know!Happy Cooking! Crispy Samosas with Easy Homemade Wrappers Crispy Samosas with Easy Homemade Wrappers
I had some really good samosas at a restaurant and made them again at home! I used a recipe from a cookbook and omitted the butter and decreased the vegetable oil for a healthier result.Homemade samosa wrappers are seriously delicious! You can fill them with whatever you want. If you use ground meat, it will harden just a bit when cooled so it's easy to work with.If you don't want to use oil in the wrappers, I recommend this recipe -. They are gyoza skins made with egg but will still be crispy when fried. For 8 samosas. Recipe by Kuminchan cookpad.japan -
