Ingredients

6-7 sinasir pcs
  1. For the sinasir:4 cups rice flour
  2. 1tspn yeast
  3. 1tspn salt
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 1and ½ cup water
  6. 1tspns baking powder
  7. Oil
  8. For the stew:
  9. 2chicken breast,shredded and marinated with spices, seasonings
  10. 1 cupTomatoes,onions,pepper,scotch bonnet paste
  11. 1/2 cupOil
  12. 2seasoning cubes
  13. Pinchsalt
  14. 1 cupwater
  15. 1Sliced onions
  16. to tasteSpices

Cooking Instructions

    For the sinasir, add rice flour, yeast, sugar, salt and mix with water and cover it over night,or for about 4 hours, it shouldn't be too watery just give it a thick paste.

    In the morning or after 4 hours, bring out your batter add baking powder and mix well I use to add water to my baking powder if my batter is too thick, so you can add a half cup water to it, or if the sugar is not OK for you,then you can add sugar syrup mix well, heat your pan and add some oil, when it's hot then you will and your dough and start toasting.

    Make sure to cover your pan,and you can flip it to the other side of you wish to.Repeat process for the remaining batter.Sinasir is done.

    For the stew: Add oil in a pan when oil is hot add your marinated shredded chicken and fry for few minutes then add your paste and keep frying, add water, seasonings, spices,sliced onions, turn and cover the stew for 5-10minutes,its Done.
