Ingredients

  1. Garin shinkafa
  2. Yeast,baking powder, salt n sugar
  3. 1Egg, oil for frying
  4. Kayan miya n fish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry ur kayan miya, boil ur fish separately n then mix d fish with ur stew

  2. 2

    Mix garin shinkafa(shinkafan tuwo) wt yeast, baking powder, salt, egg n sugar mix well 2 make a smooth batter not too thick n not too loose, use warm water cover n keep in a warm place 2 rise

  3. 3

    Fry in batches in a non stick pan, enjoy wt ur fish stew or yaji
